HAZLETON, Pa. & NASHVILLE, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–DBi Services has acquired HDR|ICA Asset Management, a subsidiary of HDR, Inc. that provides comprehensive highway asset maintenance and management services to government agencies and local market contractors. The acquisition gives DBi additional resources and workforce to help preserve and maintain the country’s transportation infrastructure and protect the safety of the traveling public.
