Sterling Hires Vice Presidents Andrew Colmone and Todd Miller

We are pleased to announce the addition of two new Vice Presidents to Sterling Partners. Andrew Colmone and Todd Miller will both serve as members of the investment team, working on all aspects of the deal process including identification and due diligence of prospective acquisitions and management and oversight of the active portfolio.

Prior to joining Sterling’s investment team, Mr. Colmone was in the Sterling family as an Accelerator with Active Day in the position of Vice President of Corporate Development and Financial Planning.  Prior to Active Day, he worked as an Associate and Senior Associate on the deal team at American Capital, and Mr. Colmone began his professional career as an Analyst and later became an Associate in investment banking with J.P. Morgan in Chicago. Mr. Colmone received his BSBA degree from Creighton University and MBA from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Miller was formerly a Managing Director at Tri-Artisan Capital Partners.  Prior to joining Tri-Artisan Capital Partners, Mr. Miller was the founder and Principal of an investment firm in Brazil, launching a strategy to establish the first REIT-like structure in the country’s history. He also worked as an Associate in the Leveraged Finance department at Merrill Lynch, managed a portfolio of leveraged loans at ABN AMRO, and began his career in Bank of America’s Corporate and Investment Banking Division. Mr. Miller received a BA in Economics from University of Michigan.
