A key element of Sterling Partners' success as an investor and operator of companies is our balance of entrepreneurship and discipline. The cumulative product of our team's experience has been codified in our proprietary Business Value Accelerator (BVA) methodology.

Our BVA methodology is a series of firm-wide best practices and processes that we have developed during our nearly 25 years of investing and operating companies. We share these best practices and processes with all of our portfolio companies. BVA can impact every area of an organization, from operations, finance, and sales, to legal, marketing, and human resources.

We believe in attracting the best talent and encouraging the continued development of team members already in place through our network and proprietary BVA assets. We have five full-time human capital executives who support, develop, and coach the management teams within our portfolio companies. We strategically lead management teams through building out organizational structures that are sustainable for growth. Our human capital team helps portfolio companies recruit key hires and establish the essential incentive structures that drive results.
