Next Generation Leaders (Sterling Accelerator Program)

The Sterling Accelerator program is one of a kind.  This is an opportunity for high-potential professionals with 7-10 years of strategy and finance experience to step into a meaningful operating role at a growth-oriented, private equity owned business.  Our Accelerators have a direct reporting relationship to proven CEOs and CFOs and receive invaluable experience in how to lead and manage high-growth companies.  If you are independently motivated, intellectually curious, inspired by growth, and aspire to ultimately become a CEO or CFO, we want to hear your story.

Aspiring Investment Professionals

What we look for in an investment professional is similar to what we look for in a new investment:  differentiated, proven, and committed to growth.  We believe in the value of a well-rounded investor – individuals with investment banking and or principal investing experience mixed with successful operating or entrepreneurial experiences.  We want individuals who aren’t afraid to push the boundaries of what is possible.  Individuals who are driven by an entrepreneurial spirit that allows them to see and seize opportunities that elude most.
