David joined Sterling Partners in 2015. As Vice President of Capital Markets, he is responsible for managing Sterling’s relationships with third-party capital providers, arranging financing for new and existing portfolio companies and management and oversight of the active portfolio.
Prior to Sterling, David was a Vice President at Lincoln International, where he advised corporate and private equity clients on the structuring and arranging of financing for acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings, and restructurings. Prior to joining Lincoln International, David was a Second Vice President with The Northern Trust Company’s Corporate Banking Group. He began his career with DRW Trading Group, a proprietary derivatives trading firm headquartered in Chicago.
David received an MBA (with High Honors) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a BS in Accounting and Finance (with High Distinction and Honors in Business) from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and is a holder of the CFA designation.
