Avi Epstein joined Sterling Partners in 2008 and serves as the parent company’s Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. Prior to Sterling, Avi served as General Counsel and Vice President of Business Affairs for a division of Kaplan, Inc. He also worked as a corporate attorney with Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. Avi received his BA in Political Science from The Ohio State University summa cum laude and with distinction and received his JD from Harvard Law School.
Avi also serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Sterling Fund Management, the Education Opportunity Fund, and Sterling Partners Equity Advisors.
